At this point, we offer support and resistance zones daily for the S&P 500, Nasdaq, Dow jones, EURUSD, GBPUSD and USDJPY Pound. But we are looking to add more markets in the near future, so stay tuned. |

How do I change my account details? |

You must login to your Pivotfarm account. On the Members Home page, in the menu on the left, click on Profile. Here you can update your name, email address and password When you are finished, be sure to click Save Profile. |

If you purchased using PayPal, you must login to your PayPal account to manage funding sources for your subscription. |

How do I view all transaction history? |

To see any orders that you have made, you must login to your account. On the Members Home page, in the menu on the left, click on Payment History. Here you can view all payments you have made with Pivotfarm. |

How do I cancel my subscription? |

You must login to your Paypal account and cancel your subscription from there. Please send feedback to support@pivotfarm.com about how we can improve our services. |

I want to change subscription terms. How do I upgrade from a 1 Month to a 3 or 6 Month? |

You must login to your Paypal account. First, you need to cancel your current subscription. Then, use the Add or Renew Subscriptions box on the Members Home page to start a new subscription of a longer term. If you have any further questions, contact admin@pivotfarm.com. |
